Our young people are living in a time that is vastly different to that of just one decade ago. Due to advances in technology and changes to the social dynamic they are more aware of the increasingly complex challenges we as individuals and communities experience.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Live Your Greatness Leadership Program is designed to spark innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking in young leaders. This program empowers high school students to think boldly about their future—encouraging them to explore fresh ideas, solve real-world problems, and develop leadership skills that will help them shape their own path. It’s about unlocking creative potential and inspiring students to lead change with confidence, passion, and purpose.
Delivered over 3 days Camp Style or 10 weeks in House. We service all of Australia's State and Private Schools for Year 11 & 12 Students.
PROGRAM OUTLINE PHASE 1
PERSONAL & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.
Participants will complete a series of interactive sessions that addresses personal development and leadership. On completion of the first day individuals will be asked to record a personal video sharing what they believe their unique gift is and what they’re most passionate about. Now they have more self awareness and a greater appreciation for their abilities, others and global causes the response will be clearly defined, confident and you will begin to see that their thinking has gone wider to the greater impact they can achieve.
PROGRAM OUTLINE PHASE 2
TEAM & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT.
Participants will form groups to collaborate and develop a project that responds to one of the Global Goals. Each group will record the formation from conception to completion, responding to a criteria that will be given at the beginning of the day. This identifies how each Individual contributes and how they work as a collective. Each group will part-take in a series of rotational based activities (in-between working on projects) that will grow their ability to think more innovatively and work more cohesively as a team.
