The Live your Greatness Leadership Program is an initiative that supports our wider community Project. The program is designed to create Conscious Leaders who not only recognise their uniqueness and strengths, their 'Greatness' but are able to nurture these qualities in themselves and in that of others to collectively work towards creating positive global change.
Individually we can achieve. Collectively we can Soar.
Facilitated 1:1 or in a group environment, all sessions combine highly targeted learning and challenging activities that are interactive and fun, directing the participants towards awareness, confidence and strong social and collaborative skills that are not only required to live their best lives but to make significant and positive impact within their communities.
The ‘Live Your Greatness’ Leadership Program has two core focuses.

To build Conscious Leaders for the future.
Participants explore their personal character traits and leadership style through understanding how they think, behave & make choices. Not everyone leads in the same way.

To build Leadership Collaboration to improve the future.
Participants will use their Leadership to participate in a meaningful service project either individually or with other Leaders who share their passion and purpose to achieve a common goal that contributes to one of the Global Goals for their communities.
This program is delivered to NDIS Participants, School Groups, and Community Group from the age 16 years old upwards.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR PARTICIPANTS?

• Individuals become self-motivated and positive, measuring themselves by progress and improvement even in the absence of immediate results.
• Individuals understand the two sides of power and learn to take responsibility over their own thoughts, behaviours and choices.
• Individuals shift from dependency to empowerment and initiative through working within a collective.
• Individuals improve their public speaking skills and feel more confident speaking in front of large audience.
• Individuals learn to use and appreciate their leadership strengths within a team.
• Individuals learn to identify and appreciate others' Leadership strengths to work collaboratively.
• Individuals begin to think wider in terms of impact and their ability to make change, Individually and as a Collective.
• Individuals begin to affect their family, peers, and community with their developed Leadership and social skills.
• Individuals build stronger relationships with their families, peers and wider community and are able to recognise the importance of investing in their support structure.

The Live your Greatness Leadership program has been designed to place a focus on innovation and entrepreneurialism. Encouraging participants to think more creatively in response to the future.
The Live your Greatness Leadership program has said to be the first program of its kind to grow international recognition for its' results. We look at how your current leadership can grow global partnerships to improve capabilities and the future.
